Organisational transformation of a part of the ICT organisation of DSM: facilitating a department to work on a combination of the ‘soft’ (culture and mind-set) and the ‘hard’ (structure and processes) performance elements. Forming a guiding coalition of 60 co-creators and 10 co-facilitators. For the new teams, starting with the management team, we designed and facilitated multi-day ‘Meaningful Team Encounters’ (MTE’s). After the first MTE’s a few DSM facilitators took over and facilitated MTE’s on their own (2013-2014).
