We have a pleasant collaboration with Erik-Jan Hoekstra from The Thrive. He guides our management in a development and learning process, where we regularly consult to choose the next step on our journey of discovery. Due to changing circumstances, we sometimes choose a different route than initially planned. Erik-Jan responds effortlessly and helps us continue in our thought process.
