My collaboration with Gert-Jan Van Wijk, The Thrive goes back more than 10 years. During this period, we worked several times together on Leadership Development topics in Boskalis.

In 2018 - 2019 he was, as program director and lead faculty, involved in the successful execution of a senior leadership program, which focused on three themes: Leading your Business, Leading your Team(s) and Leading Yourself. He mobilized a team of faculty to create a unique, seamless and personal Executive Development experience.
