We have been working together with the Thrive over the past four years on our top team development and an innovative virtual leadership program to strengthen the connections in our Operations top 80: ‘Get Connected’.

Gert-Jan has come to know the ASML business really well over time. He is to the point, listens well and takes a helicopter view. He is courageous. He will bring up the core issues to our senior leadership team, responsible for half the ASML organization. Sometimes it is edgy, but always with the aim to bring our teams to a higher level. We work closely together on the team development, that adds a lot of value.

On Get Connected, Frisse Blikken and The Thrive have really grown in their partnership. You can see they give each other a lot of feedback, helping each other grow. That shows in a program, which is seamless, thought-through, out of the box and stimulating ASML to use new methods and technology to connect across sectors and business lines and be more personal.
