We were looking for the right partner for a professionalization process with our Program Directors and MT. The Thrive really got us thinking and working together from the start through their way of co-creating. Thereby we really started to own the program that emerged. We were inspired and challenged through our deepened connection. Through the experiments we ran throughout the program, we were able to make sustainable changes.

In the first phase, specific attention was paid to the different needs of participants. With Bob's special sense of the things that are not talked about, we came to a well-customed program in which everyone got their money's worth. In the implementation phase, people dared to put really uncomfortable things on the table, because of the safe place that was created. This was necessary to really move forward. The approach was flexible. We had influence on the agenda at all times. The program was interactive. Theory and practice were directly linked. It was professional, things were taken care of quickly and the follow-up ensured that we kept momentum. Participants always left inspired and with targeted actions.

Both the MT and our program directors have really grown. Our PD’s take the lead in developing a vision for their program. Positive mobility has started. We bring each other in position based on our strengths. Our PD’s have become more skilled in providing horizontal guidance. The level of self-organization has increased with shared leadership within courses. Every now and then things are simply taken out of my hands. I had to get used to that, but actually that was exactly what we intended.
