He works with leaders on organizational transformation and tough change processes, as the outsider in the team in a hands-on manner. When several things have been tried without the desired result or when there is so much to be done that it is difficult to find a start, he helps to put the puzzle together, clarify coherence and sharply prioritize. In parallel, he ensures that he connects with the organization and provides energy to bottom-up change. Seeing growth steps gives him energy. Sometimes he finds it difficult to remain patient.
